So perhaps you and your tech team are trying to initially set up, or later modify, a data connection inbound or outbound with StreetWise. Since we have such a variety of data services (incidents, AVL, unit statuses, RMS, etc.), and since some clients require VPN while others don't, there can be some whitelisting of IP addresses or ports necessary to keep things working correctly. 


While we do not like to publish a complete listing on a public-facing website such as this (for security reason), we can easily provide that to you if you request it from our support team. Simply submit a support ticket and request the complete "Whitelisting Specifications" and one of our team members will return the information to you promptly. You can provide that to your IT or tech team and, if they have any questions, they can follow up with us directly.
