When the device is in any status other than off-duty, it will receive push notifications for all calls, which will then list in the phone’s notifications window. However, when the app is opened, it retrieves the full details only for unread calls occurring within the last 24 hours. This by design and intended to limit the amount of data usage that each device would incur if it retrieved the full details for numerous old calls that are no longer active. The historic details of the older calls can be retrieved at any time from the Admin Web Portal since they are always retained in the account database.
